WORKSHOPS
The PÜSKÜRÜM project and the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) program have been presented by Dr. Ivan Sunyé Puchol in several workshops. For example, at:
– the CIVIS and Sapienza MSCA – Infodays, where Ivan have presented how to prepare an European Research Project and he gave hints/tips to potential MSCA-Fellowship applicants.
– We have collaborated with the MIMIR Andino project helping to modernise the institutional management of the research and innovation of the Andean Region and Latin America.
– The tephrostratigraphic study performed to reconstruct volcanic histories within Central Anatolia, has been presented also in the VOCS Workshop: the coupling of volcanic, climatic and sedimentary processes across the lifetime of Arc-Volcanic systems.
In addition, the PÜSKÜRÜM team have been working to organise the Workshop (PCW3) about “Quaternary explosive volcanism of Anatolia and its implications for volcanic hazard assessments in Turkey” within the INQUA conference framework, which will be held in Rome this July 2023. This PCW3 Workshop will be a perfect opportunity to discuss with the scientific community, the current state-of-the-art of Anatolian volcanism studies and how important is it to improve the eruption record knowledge for better hazard assessments.
